The National Commission for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, together with the Local Commission for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings - Blagoevgrad, the “General Labor Inspectorate” Executive Agency (GLIEA) and the Employment Agency (EA), organize a press conference on the occasion of The National campaign for prevention of trafficking in human beings for the purpose of labor exploitation.
The event will be held on March 27th, 2019 at 11:00 am in the building of the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency, National Press Club BTA.
The press conference will launch the new National Campaign for Prevention of Trafficking in Persons with a focus on prevention of the crime of trafficking for the purpose of labor exploitation. During the event, up-to-date data and trends on the crime of trafficking in human beings at European and national level will be presented. The joint efforts of the institutions to combat trafficking in human beings throughout the year will be outlined and the possibilities for assistance to institutions in support of citizens and victims will be outlined.
